With over a decade of experience in residential construction, Dan Hereid has been an integral part of Heartland Home Builders since 2021. As VP of Construction Operations, Dan brings a deep passion for the creation process, having designed and built his own home multiple times. For him, building homes is personal. “What I love most is creating a home that becomes a family’s dream and their largest investment. It’s an incredible journey to take a plot of land and create something so valuable.”
Dan is driven by the idea that homes are more than just structures—they are where families grow and memories are made. When Dan isn’t overseeing construction, he enjoys life in the country with his life partner of 20 years and their Great Dane. As an avid outdoorsman and cattle owner, he appreciates the balance between hard work and time spent outdoors.
